Legal Notice
Purpose
The provider, as the website operator, makes this document available to users in order to comply with the obligations set out in Law 34/2002, the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and to inform all users of the website of the terms and conditions of use of the website.
Any person accessing this website assumes the role of a user, undertaking to comply with and strictly observe the provisions set out on this website, as well as any other applicable legal provisions.
The provider reserves the right to modify any information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such changes, the publication on the provider’s website being deemed sufficient.
Liability
The service provider shall not be held liable for any information published on its website, provided that such information has been manipulated or entered by a third party outside the service provider’s control.
The provider’s website may use cookies (small data files that the server sends to the computer of the person accessing the page) to perform certain functions considered essential for the proper functioning and display of the site. The cookies used on the website are, in all cases, temporary in nature, serving solely to make subsequent transmission more efficient, and they are deleted at the end of the user’s session. Under no circumstances will cookies be used to collect personal information.
Visitors to the client’s website may be redirected to content on third-party websites. As the service provider cannot always control the content displayed by third parties on their websites, it accepts no liability for such content. In any event, the provider states that it will immediately remove any content likely to infringe national or international law, morality or public order, by immediately removing the link to the said website and informing the competent authorities of the content in question.
The service provider is not liable for information and content stored, for example, but not limited to, in forums, chat rooms, blog generators, comments, social media or any other means enabling third parties to publish content independently on the service provider’s website. However, and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, the provider makes itself available to all users, authorities and law enforcement agencies, and actively cooperates in the removal or, where appropriate, blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, the rights or morals of third parties, and public order. If the user considers that there is content on the website that may fall under this classification, please inform the website administrator immediately.
This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure it functions correctly. In principle, proper functioning is guaranteed 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the service provider does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, nor the possibility of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the website.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
The website, including but not limited to the programming, editing, compilation and other elements necessary for its operation, the design, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the provider or, where applicable, is licensed or expressly authorised by the relevant copyright holders. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property laws and is registered in the relevant public registers.
Regardless of the intended purpose, the reproduction (in whole or in part), use, exploitation, distribution and marketing of such content, in any form whatsoever, requires the prior written authorisation of the service provider. Any use not previously authorised by the service provider shall be considered a serious infringement of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.
Any designs, logos, texts and/or graphics not belonging to the provider that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any potential disputes regarding them. In any event, the provider has obtained their express prior authorisation.
The service provider does NOT expressly authorise third parties to link directly to specific content on the website; in any event, they must link to the service provider’s main website.
The provider acknowledges the corresponding industrial and intellectual property rights of their owners; their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability on the part of the provider in relation to them, nor does it imply the approval, sponsorship or recommendation of any party by the provider.
To make any comments regarding possible infringements of intellectual or industrial property rights, or regarding any content on the website, please do so via the following email address: hello@lumeajewels.com.
Accuracy of information
All information provided by the user must be accurate. To this end, the user guarantees the authenticity of the data provided via the service registration forms. It is the user’s responsibility to keep all information provided to Europe Jewels up to date at all times so that it reflects their current circumstances. In any event, the user shall be solely liable for any false statements made to the provider or to third parties.
Minors
In order to use the services, minors must always obtain the prior consent of their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who are ultimately responsible for all actions carried out by the minors in their care. The responsibility for determining the specific content to which minors may have access lies with those minors; for this reason, if they access inappropriate content on the internet, mechanisms must be put in place on their computers, in particular software programmes, filters and blocks, which allow the available content to be restricted; although these are not infallible, they are particularly useful for monitoring and limiting the material to which minors have access.
Obligation to use the website properly
The user agrees to use the website in accordance with the law and this legal notice, as well as with morality and accepted standards of conduct. To this end, the user shall refrain from using the website for any illegal or prohibited purposes, or in any way that infringes the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload, impair or prevent the normal use of computer equipment or documents, files and any type of content stored on any of the provider’s computer equipment.

- Is contrary to, disregards or violates the fundamental rights and civil liberties recognised by the Constitution, international treaties and other applicable regulations.

In addition, postal operators or courier companies may charge you additional customs clearance fees to collect the tax when goods are imported into the EU and to make the necessary arrangements at the time of import. If any additional charges are payable at the time of import, these are the responsibility of the end customer.
