Where is the Lumea online shop located?

We have 3 offices:

How does customer service work?

Our customer service team is available 24/6.

What is your returns policy?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing takes 2 days from the time you place your order. Delivery times vary depending on the country.

*Please note that most of our products will arrive within 10 working days of the order being processed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, security checks, customs procedures and processing times.

If I have ordered several items, will they all arrive together or separately?

All items will arrive together.

What happens if one of my items breaks?

Lumea is committed to providing excellent customer service and a positive experience. We are more than happy to offer our jewellery customers a guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is faulty during normal wear and tear.

This warranty entitles you to a one-time replacement of the item unless, as determined solely by Lumea, your item has been intentionally damaged. In the event that Lumea no longer stocks the product, you will be entitled to exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value.

In which currency are orders processed?

All prices are in €, and you can also select your currency at the bottom of the homepage. You can pay in various currencies; we accept payment in:
