We process your order within 24–72 hours of you placing it.

Once the order has been processed and dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the destination country and will be estimated in working days, as shown in the table below.

The customer must provide the correct address. If the address is incorrect due to an error or omission in the details and the parcel is not delivered, we will not be responsible for sending a replacement order and the customer will not be entitled to a refund.

Occasionally, an order may take longer than usual, in which case delivery may take up to 30 working days. If this timeframe is exceeded, our team will submit a claim to our carriers to expedite the delivery of your order as soon as possible. If the order is lost in transit, we will resend it, but you will need to wait until the new shipment is dispatched or payment is processed.
